Once you have created an account, you can call the pharmacy and we can assist with linking your app directly to your profile in our pharmacy. Once linked, you can manage your prescriptions, link your dependent family members and even your pets! The application also allows you to request Tax Receipts, Medical History Reports and Medical Expense Reports.
By making use of this technology you can support physical distancing keeping your family as well as front line healthcare staff in pharmacies safe!
You can still request your Prescriptions to be refilled any time, from anywhere, by completing the form. You'll receive an automated email that your request was received. We require 2 identifiers to ensure accuracy. Please be prepared to provide 2 of the following when you pick up yours or a family member's prescriptions: address, birthdate, provincial healhcare number.
Traditional prescriptions are generally ready within one business day. For compounds, please request your refill a week before you'll need it. Although they are generally ready in 3 business days, the extra time ensures that you will not run out of your medication.
