It's Heart Health Month! It's Love Month!

Show gratitude for your heart and learn how to take care of it!

How high is your risk for Heart Disease?
* Have you been diagnosed with high blood pressure?
* Have you been told your "bad" cholesterol is high?
* Did you have a family member that passed away from heart attack or stroke?
* Are you overweight?
* Are you a couch potato or sit at a desk all day?
* Do you eat a lot of "fast" foods, fried foods, highly-processed foods, large meat portions versus fresh fruits and vegetables with small animal food portions?

These are just a few factors that can influence your heart health.

There's a myriad of information on the web, in the news, books, magazines, blogs and more - eat fat - eat fat-free, take statins or other dugs, avoid drugs, exercise, but not too much, run or walk? What foods do I eat? Which ones do I avoid? Can vitamins and supplements help?

Dr. Taylor White will guide you through the maze of conflicting information. He'll offer suggestions that may help to reduce your risk of heart disease and even possibly reverse some, so please join us in learning to keep your ticker happy and healthy at our February seminar!
